At the beginning of the 2023-2024 Fiscal Year the Board embarked on a year long journey to compose a comprehensive strategic plan to provide the framework for the District’s decision making for the next 5-10 years.
The Strategic Plan creates a road map for re-vitalization and vibrancy while providing guidance for rational decision making.
The Plan identifies opportunities to make the District a more engaging, vibrant destination that fosters stronger partnerships with property owners, business owners, the City, and other key stakeholders.
The Plan identifies Five (5) “Focus Areas” that will serve as the foundation for all decision made by the Board.
