Rise & Nye's is an amazing coffee and ice cream shop with a mission. Most of their 35 team members have intellectual and developmental disabilities - Down Syndrome, Autism, Cerebral Palsy, etc. These individuals run the shop and now finally have a secure job where they can show their abilities.
